Do you provide "release upon arrival" positions?

No! No! No!

Our Agency is totally against fraud, scams and illegalities!!!! We provide you only with real employers who are in need of a nanny or caregiver.

Immigration Canada is cracking down on the illegal and immoral recruitment of caregivers from abroad. When a caregiver arrives in Canada, the immigration officer will call the employer. If the employer is not available, the caregiver’s passport will be kept at the Immigration office.

The caregiver has 2 weeks to return to the Immigration officer with her employer. If she is unable to do so, she will be deported and sent home immediately. This is a warning to all of you to be very careful choosing an agency that will place you with a real employer. Coming to Canada under false pretences (fake job offers) are no longer tolerated. One way to ensure that your job offer is real is to speak directly with your employer when you accept the job, keep in touch with your employer (a reputable Agency arranges this during the process and will arrange contact just prior to your flight to Canada). If your employer changes his/her mind and no longer wishes to hire you, you will be turned down at the border. Remember, the immigration officer will call your employer to confirm the job offer. There have also been cases where someone reports this activity and an investigation is started by immigration.
