The company, FreeFromCare Ltd was registered in 2010 under the Company Law of Cyprus (EU) and strives to provide exceptional services to the Families and Caregivers to achieve the best possible results leading to the client’s satisfaction. While our innovative ideas derive from the fact that we are a newly established company, our credibility and popularity derive from our experience and that we have long been involved in the placement business.

Through recent changes in legislation, FreeFromCare know the financial risks linked to sponsoring a foreign Caregiver. Our business model has been developed through years of experience dealing directly with the Canadian Families and caregivers looking for a job. We have made every effort to understand the needs and concerns of every party involved and have developed a process that keeps the risks to a minimum, whilst providing exceptional service.

Having years of experience in this field, we know that strict management of information and paperwork is the key to a stress free process. To improve our systems we are using case management software which enables us to keep track of our cases and provides easy access to their status through a simple, digital method. In addition, it allows our clients to interact with the software and lets them check their status on their own,  enabling us to do more work in less time as well as reduce the cost and time to our clients.

We benefit from our office location, which is within walking distance of the Central park and Catholic Church of Limassol, which are known places for the domestic helpers to gather on their day off. 

In addition we also rent office space in Nicosia (capital of Cyprus) where we regularly hold orientation sessions for the Nicosia clients who are unable to attend our Limassol office.

Our offices are staffed from 9 am till 2 am Cyprus time (GMT+2) to provide a point of contact at a time to suite both candidates and Canadian families.
