All records of Caregivers and Families are confidential and are kept with the Agency in accordance with the Personal Data (Protection of Individuals) Law 138 (1) 2001 and as amended 37(1) 2003. Any information collected by the FreeFromCare Agency will be secure and treated as confidential.

 No information is released to a third party without the written consent of the client. 

We will ensure that any information obtained from you is treated as Private and Confidential by us and anyone else involved in arranging or managing your placement.
