Services

If after considering your options you decide to come to our Agency to find the job we can offer you the following:

Assessment of qualifications:

We are hiring professional HR specialist who has experience in dealing with applicants applying under the live-in-caregiver program. She will review your application and documents against basic LICP requirements as set by the CIC guidelines and will see if you are likely to qualify for the program.  We will not accept your application if we believe that you do not qualify for this program.

You might choose to hire Immigration consultant to assess your qualifications. FreeFromCare dose not provide such service.

Pre-screening interview:

Every accepted applicant will meet in person our placement coordinator who is dealing directly with the Families. During the interview, Placement coordinator will try to learn to know you, your personal history, your personality and preferences for finding the right family.

Recruitment/Matching service:

Our agency does not advertise profiles of the nannies and caregivers or the prospective employers but instead takes personal approach. Our placement coordinators spend time with each family to identify their needs and then perform matching research within available profiles to try and find best possible match taking in consideration all requirements of the Family and wishes of the applicant. This helps us to keep a high rate of successful placements. Once offer is made we will negotiate fair employment conditions and salary for you and assist the Family in getting all paperwork done so you can apply for your work permit.

Free of charge to the caregiver.
